Mitarbeiter im Innendienst Vertrieb und Logistik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten Kundenanfragen und erstellen technische Angebote zu allen Produkten und Dienstleistungen unseres Unternehmens
- Sie unterstützen bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Messen und Vertriebsveranstaltungen
- Sie bearbeiten den weltweiten Produktversand anfangs mindestens ein Tag pro Woche
- Sie dokumentieren die Prozessabläufe und optimieren diese in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam
- Sie erstellen die Seminar- und Dienstleistungsangebote und verwalten die Teilnehmer:innen
- Sie kümmern sich um die Seminar- und Beratungslogistik sowie das Infrastrukturmanagement und betreuen organisatorisch die Seminare und Beratungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Berufserfahrung im Innendienst und internationalem Warenversand B2B, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Vertriebs-, Kaufmännischen- oder Logistikbereich
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikationsstärke, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie haben Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und sind eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
