Kundendienstmonteur für Sanitär- und Klimatechnik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Installationsarbeiten an Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimaanlagen bei Kund:innen vor Ort durch
- Sie analysieren Fehler und beheben technische Störungen
- Sie beraten Kund:innen zu Servicelösungen und zum optimalen Betrieb der Anlagen
- Sie dokumentieren die durchgeführten Arbeiten und pflegen die Serviceberichte
- Sie unterstützen bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Modernisierungsprojekten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst, was wünschenswert ist
- Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
