Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust, entwickelst und optimierst unser Qualitätsmanagementsystem gemäß DIN ISO 9001/13485 und ISO 27001
- Du planst und begleitest interne und externe Audits
- Du stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten Normen und regulatorischen Anforderungen sicher
- Du schulst und sensibilisierst die Mitarbeitenden zu QM- und ISMS-Themen
- Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und setzt gemeinsam im Team entsprechende Maßnahmen um
- Du dokumentierst und pflegst Prozesse sowie erstellst Berichte für das Management

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Qualitätsmanagement, Informationssicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse der Normen ISO 9001/13485 und ISO 27001
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Pflege von QM- und ISMS-Systemen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Auditprozessen sowie im Risikomanagement
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und systematisch im Team
- Du besitzt Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Höflichkeit, Motivation und Lernbereitschaft sowie Zuverlässigkeit geparrt mit Spaß für QM

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
