Als Technical Implementation Manager (all genders) trägst du die Hauptverantwortung für unsere neuen und laufenden Projekte. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass sich die Anzahl unserer aktiven Parkflächen stetig vergrößert.

Was erwartet dich?
- Technische Planung: Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Planung unserer Parkplätze
- Projektverantwortung: Du trägst die alleinige Verantwortung für Projekte während des gesamten Prozesses
- Koordinierung: Du steuerst interne und externe Ressourcen zur Sicherstellung des Projektfortschritts und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams im Operations-Bereich und darüber hinaus zusammen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Du hinterfragst den Status quo und sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
- Reporting: Du berichtest regelmäßig KPIs an Matthew, deinem zukünftigen Team Lead und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Background: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der (technischen) Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Experience: Du bringst 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Operations-Bereich mit
- Technische Affinität: Du verfügst über räumliches Denkvermögen, einen technischen Sachverstand und über eine "Hands-on" Mentalität
- Arbeitsweise: Analytisches Denken sowie strukturiertes und gründliches Arbeiten zählen zu deinen Stärken
- Think out of the box: Du arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich und überzeugst durch deine Proaktivität und durch dein lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit: Du hast ein sicheres Auftreten in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Sprachkenntnisse: Dein Deutsch ist auf C2 Niveau und auf Englisch kommunizierst du verhandlungssicher.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
