Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie übernehmen allgemeine Sekretariatstätigkeiten und die Büroorganisation inkl. Telefonzentrale und Post
  • Sie unterstützen Kollegen (insbesondere Buchhaltung und Finanzen)
  • Sie koordinieren Termine und Dienstreisen, betreuen Kunden, Lieferanten und andere Geschäftspartner
  • Sie unterstützen die interne Fahrzeugübergabe und -kontrolle
  • Sie prüfen und erfassen Eingangsrechnungen
  • Sie fakturieren verschiedene Leistungen an die Kunden
  • Sie vergeben Aufträge an Dienstleister und pflegen Stammdaten
  • Sie übernehmen die Vertragsverwaltung und Neukundenanlage

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, gerne im büro-kaufmännischen Bereich und mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Organisationstalent sowie hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
