Was erwartet Dich?
- Du suchst und meisterst die Herausforderung, dich in Geschäftsmodelle und Märkte von Unternehmen aus den Bereichen eCommerce, Professional Services und Software hineinzudenken
- Du unterstützt bei Commercial Due Diligence Projekten, übernimmst Verantwortung für (Teil-)Projekte und berätst mit zunehmender Erfahrung auch auf Top-Management Ebene
- Du erstellst Reports in deutscher und englischer Sprache, die als Entscheidungsgrundlage für Transaktions-Deals herangezogen werden
- Du entwickelst dich zu einem/einer erfahrenen und geschätzten Ansprechpartner/in für unser internes Team und für unsere Kunden/Kundinnen
- Du nimmst direkten Einfluss auf den Erfolg und den weiteren Ausbau unserer Beratungsleistungen bei Transaktionsgeschäften, indem du Ideen für neue Analysemethoden einbringst oder kreativ neue Prüffelder erschließt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Du bringst Erfahrung aus Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder ersten beruflichen Stationen mit, zum Beispiel bei einer führenden Strategieberatung, einer Top-Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, einem Private Equity- oder VC-Fund oder einem renommierten Digitalunternehmen
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse und ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Geschäftsmodelle und technische Trends
- Du besitzt Zahlen- und Datenaffinität, analytisches Verständnis und kommunikative Stärke
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
