Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest unsere Projekte von der Angebotsabgabe bis zu Abnahme
- Du behältst den Überblick über die Kosten, Fristen und Termine
- Du erarbeitest die technische Auslegung und Planung der lüftungs- und klimatechnischen Komponenten
- Du koordinierst die Projektabwicklung mit Baustellenaufmaß und die Materialdisposition
- Du organisierst und überwachst die Baustelle
- Du erstellst nach Projektabschluss die technische Dokumentation und übergibst die Anlagen an die Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im haustechnischen Bereich (Ingenieur, Techniker, Anlagenbauer oder technischer Zeichner (m/w/d) o. ä.)
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Fachplanung Klima/Lüftung mit
- Du verfügst über erste Kenntnisse im CAD-Zeichnen, idealerweise mit AutoCAD, LiNear
- Du hast die Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten und Lösen der täglichen Probleme in der Bauabwicklung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
