Wie du uns auf Kurs bringst:
- Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Analyse der Soll-/Ist-Abweichung und Ableitung von notwendigen Maßnahmen
- Kosten- und Liquiditätsplanung
- Analyse, Klärung und Bearbeitung von bilanziellen und steuerlichen Sachverhalten
- Sicherstellung der Compliance-Vorschriften
- Identifikation und Implementierung von Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Führung und Unterstützung des Accounting-Teams
- Durchführung betriebswirtschaftlicher Sonderprojekte
- Ansprechpartner für interne bzw. externe Adressaten

Was schätzen wir an unseren neuen Matrosen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit min. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in den genannten Aufgabengebieten
- Selbständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Leistungsbereitschaft sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute prozessuale Kenntnisse im Finanzbereich
- Guter Umgang mit MS-Office (insbes. MS-Excel, Power BI)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse ín DATEV (Module „Buchführung“ sowie „Jahresabschluss“)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
