- betriebswirtschaftliche Projekte aus den Bereichen bearbeiten:
- Due Diligence: Sie analysieren und bewerten potenzielle Investitionen, um fundierte Entscheidungen für unsere Kunden zu ermöglichen
- M&A: Sie begleiten und unterstützen den Prozess von Unternehmensübernahmen und -fusionen durch die Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Strategien
- Unternehmensplanung: Sie erarbeiten langfristige Geschäftspläne und Strategien zur Sicherstellung der Unternehmensziele unserer Kunden
- Bilanzanalyse: Durch Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten bewerten Sie die finanzielle Situation unserer Kunden und identifizieren wichtige Chancen und Risiken
- Restrukturierung: Sie entwickeln Pläne zur Neuausrichtung von Unternehmen, um deren Stabilität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu erhöhen
- Unternehmensstrategie: Sie arbeiten mit unseren Kunden an der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien, die zur Stärkung ihrer Marktposition beitragen - Sie begleiten einen festen Mandantenstamm in betriebswirtschaftlichen und kaufmännischen Bereichen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- einen Studienabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen über Berufserfahrungen im Consultingbereich
- Interesse an einer Arbeit in einem Team und kombinieren gern einzelne Sachverhalte zum Großen und Ganzen
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen
- Fähigkeit selbstständig zu arbeiten und tragen gern die Verantwortung für Ihre Arbeit
- Spaß an der Beratung von Mandanten in den verschiedensten Situationen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
