Was erwartet Dich?
- Dich erwarten abwechslungsreiche Arbeitsorte: Variables Zusammenarbeiten bei Kund:innen vor Ort, im Büro oder remote
- Du betrachtest strategische Fragestellungen unserer Kund:innen aus technischen Organisationen durch die kaufmännische Brille und wendest dabei verschiedene Beratungsmethodiken an
- Du strukturierst komplexe Problemfelder, analysierst relevante Daten und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Kund:innen ab
- Gemeinsam mit der Projektleitung führst Du Workshops durch und übernimmst immer mehr Verantwortung
- Durch Deine kreativen Ideen treibst Du auch interne Projekte voran und hilfst beim unternehmensweiten Wissensaufbau
- Lass uns gemeinsam einen Beitrag für eine resilientere und nachhaltigere Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft leisten

Das solltest Du mitbringen:
- Du hast ein überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master)
- Egal ob BWL, VWL, Ingenieurswesen oder Consulting-Schwerpunkt mit Affinität für Technik – Unsere Projekte und Aufgaben sind vielfältig
- Du konntest erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Beratung und bestenfalls im Projektmanagement sammeln, zum Beispiel durch Praktika oder Werkstudenten-Tätigkeiten
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Skills sowie strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken zeichnen Dich aus
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und positionierst dich in Gesprächen mit deinem Allgemeinwissen als interessante:r Gesprächspartner:in
- Du verhältst dich souverän in persönlichen Gesprächen und trittst gepflegt und sicher auf
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
