Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich der BWL, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Handel oder Psychologie
- Ihre bisherige Berufserfahrung bringen Sie mehrheitlich im strategischen Management oder Forschung im Einzelhandel mit und haben sich schon beruflich damit auseinandergesetzt, wie sich Menschen in einer Filiale verhalten
- Sie besitzen starke analytische Fähigkeiten und konzeptionelle Kompetenz gepaart mit der Freude an der Umsetzung
- Sie sind dazu bereit, standortunabhängig zu arbeiten und unter der Woche zu reisen
- Sie haben Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Beratungsprodukten
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word, Excel, Powerpoint und Outlook
- Sie zeichnen sich durch sehr gute Auftritts- und Präsentationskompetenzen aus
