TGA-Ingenieur für die Planung und Bauüberwachung (m/w/d)
In der Rolle als TGA-Ingenieur für Heizungs-, Sanitär- und MSR-Technik (m/w/d) übernimmst du Schlüsselaufgaben in der Planung und Bauüberwachung modernster technischer Anlagen. Du verantwortest sowohl die inhaltliche Abstimmung mit Bauherren und Architekten als auch die technische Realisierung der Projekte. Dabei bringst du innovative Entwürfe und Konzepte ein, optimierst Prozesse und gewährleistest, dass die technischen Lösungen sowohl ressourcenschonend als auch wirtschaftlich sind.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du erarbeitest selbstständig Energie- und Industrieprojekte (Planung und Bauüberwachung von Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär- und wasseraufbereitungstechnischen Anlagen) mit entsprechender Software
- Du trägst die Projektverantwortung und stimmst dich mit Bauherr:innen und Architekt:innen ab
- Du erarbeitest eigenständig Entwürfe und Konzepte im Projektteam
- Du erstellst die Ausführungsplanung und Leistungsverzeichnisse mit Unterstützung von technischen Systemplaner:innen
- Du bist zuständig für die Angebotsauswertung mit Darstellung der wirtschaftlichsten Variante und Bauüberwachung inklusive Durchführung der Abnahmen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium als B.Sc., Ing., M.Sc. oder Dipl.-Ing. (FH/TU) sowie über Grundkenntnisse der VOB und HOAI
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrung in Planung und Bauüberwachung von Anlagen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung sammeln
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten in der Projektbearbeitung, gewerkeübergreifendes Denken sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähig aus
- Du bist sicher im Führen von Grundlagengesprächen mit dem Bauherrn
- Du beherrschst Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift (C1)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
