Als Senior Consultant im Recruiting (m/w/d) bringst du langjährige Berufserfahrung mitbringt, berätst Unternehmen auf Augenhöhe, begeisterst potenzielle Kandidat:innen für die offenen Positionen deiner Kund:innen und hast Interesse oder erste Erfahrung an Mitarbeiterführung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du akquirierst deutschlandweite Mandant:innen (telefonische Ansprache, Terminfindung und -wahrnehmung)
- Du analysierst Kundenwünsche und formulierst Stellenausschreibungen
- Berätst und wählst geeignete Rekrutierungsmethoden und -instrumente aus
- Du berätst Kund:innen während des Rekrutierungsprozesses, bei der finalen Kandidatenauswahl sowie bei der Vertragsausgestaltung
- Du holst Referenzen auf Geschäftsführungs- und Vorstandsebene unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
- Du baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Mandantenbeziehungen sowie Netzwerke aus relevanten Marktteilnehmern auf und aus
- Du übernimmst die Identifikation und Direktansprache qualifizierter Kund:innen
- Du sichtest und bewertest eingehende Bewerbungsunterlagen
- Du führst Interviews durch und erstellst Kandidatenprofile

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht, BWL o.Ä. oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Qualifikationen im HR-Umfeld
- Du bist mit deinem souveränen und freundlichen Auftreten sowie mit deinem Kommunikationstalent, bist du perfekt geeignet für Beratung und Networking
- Du beweist dein Vertriebstalent durch deine genaue, selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise sowie durch nachweisbare Erfolge in der Personalvermittlung
- Du bringst Erfahrung oder Interesse an der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch Teamfähigkeit aus und bringst Loyalität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel, Word und PowerPoint

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
