Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und implementierst innovative Microsoft-Technologien (Teams, Viva, Office 365) im Enterprise Umfeld
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Systeme
- Du übernimmst das Design und die Entwicklung von IT- und Migrationskonzepten
- Du betreust Kund:innen im 1-zu-1-Prinzip, d.h. du arbeitest intensiv und über mehrere Monate teils beim Kunden vor Ort teils Remote zusammen
- Du baust zu deinen Kund:innen eine ausgezeichnete Beziehung auf und pflegst diese kontinuierlich
- Du hast wöchentliche online Meetings mit deinen Kolleg:innen
- Du triffst dich mit deinen Kolleg:innen auch mehrmals im Jahr für den persönlichen Austausch an wechselnden Orten innerhalb von Europa

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über gute Microsoft 365-Kenntnisse und hast Erfahrung im Kundenumgang
- Du besitzt vorteilhafterweise Zertifizierungen als MCP, MCx und im Projektmanagement
- Du bringst Freude und Bereitschaft zum Reisen mit – je nach dem innerhalb und außerhalb Deutschlands
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung: Du hörst aktiv zu und erkennst die Bedürfnisse der Kund:innen
- Deine Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, und Flexibilität gepaart mit einer Thinking-outside-the-box-Mentalität runden dein Profil ab

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Can other companies see where else I have applied?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
