Deine Aufgaben
- Du betreust Kunden-Etats aus dem B2B- und B2C-Bereich in Kooperation mit Kollegen und der Teamleitung
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationskampagnen mit
- Du betreibst Projektmanagement inkl. Qualitätssicherung
- Du entwickelst Content und Themen und bereitest diese zielgruppengerecht auf
- Du machst Recherchen, Monitorings, Briefings und erstellst Verteiler
- Du baust nachhaltigen Kontakte zu Medien und Influencern auf
- Du verfasst redaktionelle Inhalte für Presse, Corporate Communications, Social Media und Marketingzwecke
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen (digital, vor Ort, hybrid)
- Du erstellst Reports, Präsentationen und Auswertungen für die Kunden
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Pitches

Deine Stärken
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes kommunikationswissenschaftliches oder journalistisches Studium, ein erfolgreiches Volontariat und vielleicht schon erste Berufserfahrung im PR-Bereich (B2B- und B2C-Umfeld, idealerweise Agentur)
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der externen und internen Kommunikation sowie im Bereich Social Media
- Deine Stärke ist die Kommunikation und Du hast eine sehr gute schriftliche und verbale Ausdrucksweise
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Neugier und bringst Gestaltungswillen mit
- Du liebst eine teamorientierte, strukturierte, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du brennst für Marketing-, Technologie-, Lifestyle- und Management-Themen
- Du hast Spaß an Netzwerk- und Kontaktpflege
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2 Niveau)

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
