Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Prozessplanungs- und Effizienzsteigerungsprojekte für unsere Kunden aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen durch
- Du erarbeitest auf Basis von Workshops gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen Soll-Prozesse, die du mit Hilfe von MTM- oder REFA-Methoden analysierst und weitere Verbesserungsmaßnahmen erschließt
- Du bist für die Gestaltung neuer und bestehender Arbeitsplätze in der Produktion verantwortlich
- Du führst zudem die Austaktung des Produktionsflusses (Line Balancing) durch
- Du bereitest die von dir ermittelten Ergebnisse auf, präsentierst diese bei den Kund:innen und betreust die Umsetzung der definierten Maßnahmen in die betriebliche Praxis

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium mit Schwerpunkt Industrial Engineering oder eine überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossene Techniker-Ausbildung
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der REFA- und/oder MTM-Methodenlehre sowie in der Arbeits- und Zeitwirtschaft und im Bereich Lean-Management
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Industrie und/oder Beratung mit – idealerweise mit Einblicken in unterschiedliche Branchen sind von Vorteil
- Du zeigst Reisebereitschaft sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Du interagierst als analytisch, strategisch und konzeptionell starkes Kommunikationstalent souverän auf internationalem Parkett sowie mit allen Hierarchieebenen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
