Was erwartet dich?
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Organisation von Marketingkampagnen zur Stärkung unserer Markenpräsenz und Erreichung der Unternehmensziele.
- Proaktive Medienarbeit: Repräsentation unserer Marke, Pflege bestehender Medienkontakte und Aufbau neuer Beziehungen.
- Erstellung von kreativen Advertorials und Presseartikeln, die unsere Marke authentisch und überzeugend präsentieren.
- Unterstützung unserer digitalen Marketingstrategien mit Fokus auf SEO, SEA und Social Media, um eine maximale Reichweite und hohe Conversion zu erzielen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Designabteilung als kreativer Sparring-Partner bei Brainstormings und der Entwicklung innovativer Ideen.
- Veranstaltungsorganisation: Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Umsetzung von internen und externen Events.
- Unterstützung bei der Budgetüberwachung: Sicherstellung einer effizienten Mittelverwendung innerhalb der Marketingabteilung.
- Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern und Partnern, um sicherzustellen, dass Kampagnen und Materialien pünktlich und im Rahmen des Budgets geliefert werden.
- Selbstständiges Reporting an die Marketingleitung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in der Telekommunikationsbranche oder in einem technologieorientierten Umfeld.
- Ausgeprägte Organisation kombiniert mit einem ganzheitlichen Denkvermögen.
- Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, eigeninitiativ und verantwortungsbewusst Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
