Am Standort Hamburg wollen wir eine Geschäftseinheit für die Bearbeitung von militärischen Projekten aufbauen. Wir suchen nach engagierten, technisch versierten Menschen, die Lust haben sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und ein Team aufzubauen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und aktualisierst eigenständig Technische Dokumentationen für die zivile und militärische Industrie sowie den öffentlichen Auftraggeber,
- Du erstellst die Inhalte der Technischen Dokumentation in enger Abstimmung mit den kooperierenden Fachbereichen und berücksichtigst die aktuellen Regelwerke (z. B. Richtlinien, Normen und Spezifikationen),
- Als Ansprechperson vertrittst du die Technische Redaktion bei Projekt- und Sachstandsbesprechungen,
- Mit Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent sorgst du für optimale Prozessabläufe in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur/zum Techniker*in, ein Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften oder bist ehemalige*r Soldat*in mit technischer Ausbildung,
- Du bist fähig zur selbstständigen, eigenverantwortlichen Projektdurchführung,
- Du bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark, technisch affin und hast gutes analytisches und strategisches Denken,
- Du bist engagiert und scheust keine Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands und selten auch ins benachbarte Ausland,
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
- Nicht verpflichtend, aber durchaus wünschenswert:
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Technischer Dokumentation und besitzt Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Bereich der Spezifikation ASD S1000D,
- Du hast Kenntnisse der militärischen Logistik (ILS).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
