Was erwartet dich?
- Du gewinnst oder akquirieren neue Kunden durch Kaltakquise oder Leads
- Du bist erste persönliche Ansprechperson für unsere Interessent:innen und berätst diese hinsichtlich deren Bedürfnisse und Vorstellungen von einer für sie optimalen Photovoltaikanlage
- Du verwandelst diese Vorstellungen in ein realisierbares und fachmännisch geprüftes Angebot, das unseren Qualitätsrichtlinien entspricht
- Du präsentierst das Photovoltaik-Projekt im Rahmen einer telefonischen Beratung oder Videokonferenz und bist somit im persönlichen Kontakt zu den Kund:innen, ohne im Außendienst zu sein
- Du kümmerst Dich um den Auftragsabschluss und die saubere Übergabe an das Projektmanagement und legst so den Grundstein für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung als Vertriebsaußendienst mit
- Du bist eine sympathische, teamfähige, aufgeschlossene und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Du interessierst Dich für Photovoltaikanlagen und erneuerbare Energien
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit und eine stark ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft aus
- Du besitzt einen sicheren Umgang am Telefon und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Du bist eine strukturierte Person mit einer ausgeprägten Organisationsfähigkeit
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket und bestenfalls mit ERP/ CRM-Systemen
- Du kannst fließend Deutsch sprechen (C2-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
