Als Einkäufer (m/w/d) bei Kugler spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Team. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Lieferkette immer gut aufgestellt ist und unsere Produktion stets mit den benötigten Materialien versorgt wird. Dabei kannst du deine Erfahrung einbringen und unser Unternehmen mit deinem Know-how voranbringen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung und Gestaltung der Einkaufsstrategie sowie die Koordination und Bündelung der Einkaufsvorgänge zuständig
- Du bewertest Bedarf, suchst Lieferant:innen zielorientiert aus, planst und steuerst die Materialkostenentwicklung und kümmerst dich um die Bestellabwicklung sowie um den bedarfsorientierten Einkauf und Verhandlungen
- Du betreust und entwickelst Lieferant:innen im Hinblick auf Qualität, Preis und Lieferzeit, und qualifizierst und bewertest neue sowie bestehende Lieferant:innen
- Du bereitest projektbasierten Ausschreibungen, Preisvergleichen und Vertragsrevisionen vor und arbeitest aktiv im Austausch mit Verkauf und Technik

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechendem technischem Hintergrund, Weiterbildung oder Interesse
- Du verfügst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im nationalen und internationalen Einkauf von technischen Produkten
- Du hast ein gutes betriebswirtschaftliches und technisches Verständnis und bist eine kommunikationsstarke und sichere Ansprechperson
- Du arbeitest analytisch, selbstständig und strukturiert und bringst ein hohes Maß an Organisationsbereitschaft mit
- Du bist belastbar, teamfähig, zuverlässig und sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
