Was erwartet Sie?
- Operative Gesamtverantwortung für unseren neuen Webshop (Shopware 6) – von der Finalisierung bis zum Going-to-market inkl. Verkaufsstrategien.
- Modellierung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen und Anbindung an unser Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Agentur und unserem internen Softwareentwicklungsteam zur Automatisierung von Produkt-, Preis- und Bestellprozessen
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Funktionalität und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung des Shops
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von SEO/SEA- und Performance-Marketing-Maßnahmen
- Erweiterung des Produktsortiments (u. a. Cloud-Telefonie, Hardware, Mietmodelle)
- Abstimmung mit Vertrieb zur gezielten Angebotsgestaltung
- KPI-Analyse zur Performance-Steigerung
- Vorbereitung auf die Internationalisierung des Shops

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben erfolgreich ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, E-Commerce, Marketing, o. ä. oder eine Ausbildung abgeschlossen sowie mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position gesammelt
- Sie besitzen breite Erfahrung mit E-Commerce-Prozessen und beteiligten Systemlandschaften (z. B. ERP, PIM, CMS etc.)
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrung mit ERP und Shop-Systemen wie Shopware 6, Dynamics 365 Business Central oder andere haben einen Webshop geleitet bzw. (mit) eingeführt
- Sie besitzen B2B- und Produkt-SEO-Kenntnisse sowie technisches Know-how und Interesse an Telekommunikation
- Sie punkten mit starken Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie einem hohen Maß an Analysefähigkeit, Qualitäts- und Kundenorientierung
- Sie bringen hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse mit
