Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich die privaten und betrieblichen Steuererklärungen für deinen festen Mandantenstamm aus Unternehmen und Privatpersonen.
- Du übernimmst die laufende Finanz- und Bilanzbuchhaltung und erstellst daraus termingerecht Jahresabschlüsse sowie die dazugehörigen Steuervoranmeldungen.
- Du agierst als kompetente Ansprechperson für deine Mandant:innen, insbesondere bei Betriebsprüfungen und in der laufenden steuerlichen Beratung.
- In Strategiegesprächen bringst du deine Expertise aktiv ein, um gemeinsam mit den Mandant:innen betriebswirtschaftliche und steuerliche Optimierungen zu erarbeiten.
- Du baust eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu deinem Mandantenkreis auf und bist die erste Anlaufstelle für alle steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast deine Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) abgeschlossen und bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung mit.
- In der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen für verschiedene Mandantengruppen bist du bereits sicher.
- Du hast nicht nur ein Auge für Zahlen, sondern auch Freude am direkten Austausch mit Mandant:innen und dem Team.
- Du bist wissbegierig und hast Lust, dich in steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf einem sehr guten Niveau (mind. C1).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
