Was erwartet dich?
- Du verbuchst laufende Geschäftsvorfälle
- Du stimmst die touristische vorgangsbezogene Finanzbuchhaltung ab
- Du übernimmst die Rechnungsprüfung mittels Invoice-Management-System
- Du kümmerst dich um die Kontenabstimmung und Differenzklärung von offenen Posten
- Du bearbeitest interne und externe Anfragen
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse mit
- Du erstellst Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Du arbeitest bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Finanzbuchhaltungsbereich, vorzugsweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
- Du punktest idealerweise mit touristischen Kenntnissen
- Du zeichnest dich durch Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Lernbereitschaft aus
- Du bringst Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke mit
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Termintreue
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
