Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Einführung unseres Webshops und den damit einhergehenden Tätigkeiten (Anforderungsanalyse, Aufwandsschätzung mit dem Entwicklungsteam, Angebotserstellung, Projektplanung, -durchführung und -controlling, bis zur Begleitung des Echtbetriebs bei unseren ALPHAPLAN ERP Kunden
- Du bist für das Projektmanagement, die Beratung und Ausbildung unserer Kund:innen, bei der bestmöglichen Eingliederung des Systems in die betrieblichen Strukturen, zuständig
- Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Kund:in und deinen Kolleg:innen aus dem Entwicklerteam und klärst was realisierbar ist
- Du kannst nach einer passgenauen Einarbeitung Anforderungsworkshops mit unseren Kunden zielführend moderieren und dabei überzeugend präsentieren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Anwendungsbetreuung und Beratung von ERP-Systemen und/oder E-Commerce Software
- Du hast ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis, insbesondere für komplexe Software-Architekturen und Web-Technologien
- Du kennst dich mit E-Commerce-Prozessen aus, idealerweise im B2B- und B2C-Bereich.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene EDV-Berufsausbildung und/oder ein Studium in Informatik oder BWL
- Du zeichnest dich durch Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen und deinen zukünftigen Kolleg:innen aus
