Für die Unterstützung unseres Wachstums sind wir auf der Suche nach einem engagierten IT Projektassistenten (w/m/d). In dieser zentralen Rolle arbeitest du eng mit unseren Beratungsexpert:innen und Softwareentwickler:innen im Bereich Legal Tech (Digitale Compliance) zusammen und unterstützt unsere internationale Aufbauorganisation bei der Verwirklichung ihrer Ziele. Du wirst einen umfassenden Einblick in die Digitalisierung von Compliance-Prozessen bei unseren internationalen Kunden erhalten und aktiv zur Gestaltung einer besseren und gerechteren digitalen Welt beitragen. In dieser spannenden Aufgabe kannst du dich auf die tatkräftige Unterstützung unseres Teams verlassen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du fungierst als rechte Hand unserer Projektmanager:innen als Ansprechperson für dein Projektteam sowie für unsere Kund:innen, dabei unterstützt du auch beim Projektcontrolling und du unterstützt die Projektleitung bei der Planung und Steuerung von Ressourcen sowohl unserer internen als auch der IT-Projekte unserer Kundschaft, in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Management
- Du stellst eine effektive und zeitgerechte Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams und mit Stakeholdern sicher und fungierst als Vermittler:in zwischen technischen und nichttechnischen Stakeholdern
- Du kümmerst dich neben dem Projekt-Office-Management um die Koordination, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen und Workshops, einschließlich der Erstellung von Protokollen
- Du unterstützt den Scrum-Master (m/w/d) bei der Anwendung und Umsetzung von SCRUM Methoden, einschließlich der Organisation von Sprint-Planungsmeetings, täglichen Stand-ups, Sprint-Reviews und Sprint-Retrospektiven
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Backlog-Management, indem du Anforderungen priorisierst und die Arbeitsbelastung der Teammitglieder steuerst
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Projektcontrolling sowie die Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Projektdokumenten, Statusberichten und Präsentationen und als Teil des Teams hast du die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über fundierte kaufmännische Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im IT Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, gerne auch als Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Erfahrung
- Du besitzt im Idealfall Kenntnisse und erste praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung agiler Projektmanagementmethoden, z. B. Scrum, du hast Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung und im Projektcontrolling und du besitzt fortgeschrittene Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office-Produktpalette
- Du hast grundlegendes Wissen über IT-Service-Prozesse (ITIL) sowie Projektmanagementmethoden
- Du präsentierst dich selbstbewusst, integrierst dich in ein Team und besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Mit diesen Fähigkeiten kannst du Informationen effizient austauschen und erfolgreiche Beziehungen aufbauen
- Du hast Spaß daran, Neues auszuprobieren und bringst dich und deine Ideen in unser Team mit ein
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
