Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist ein wichtiges Glied im Projektteam und arbeitest gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen und der Projektleitung an verschiedenen Bauprojekten
- Du sammelst alle Informationen über die Projekte, überträgst sie in ein architektonisches Revit-Modell, arbeitest sie schlüssig aus und überprüfst sie
- Du erhältst die technischen Informationen von deinen direkten Kolleg:innen, die dir beim Entwurf zur Seite stehen
- Du leistest einen gestalterischen Beitrag zum Projekt, indem du Revit-Architekturmodelle entwirfst
- Du bist unternehmerisch kreativ, hast technisches Verständnis und baurechtliche Kenntnisse und du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und kostenbewusst an Verbesserungen und Optimierungen des Entwurfsprozesses
- Du bist kommunikativ und hast Spaß, im Team zu arbeiten
- Idealerweise kennst du dich im Hallenbau gut aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner oder Bautechniker (m/w/d) mit Entwurfserfahrung oder ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Architektur
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS-Office und BIM Planung (vorzugsweise mit Revit)
- Du hast Kenntnisse der ASR und DIN-Normen
- Du wohnst in der Region Düsseldorf und hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
