Als markenneutrale Leasinggesellschaft bieten wir Leasinglösungen für E-Fahrzeuge, thermische Fahrzeuge, Wasserstoffautos und Fahrräder im Dienstradmodell an. Hierzu ist eine einwandfreie Buchhaltung nötig, die sowohl im Bereich Kreditoren- als auch im Debitorenmanagement den Überblick behält und sich in diesem Umfeld sicher bewegt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verbuchst Eingangsrechnungen und wickelst sie ab
- Du prüfst und stimmst Kreditoren- und Debitorenkonten ab
- Du übernimmst das Mahnwesen und du pflegst die Lieferantenstammdaten
- Du führst Zahlungsläufe und Lastschrifteinzüge durch und stimmst die Bankbuchungen ab
- Du klärst offene Posten und kommunizierst mit Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen
- Du bereitest Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen vor, du unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen und du arbeitest an projektbezogenen Aufgaben im Finanzbereich mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Kreditoren- und Debitorenmanagement
- Du kennst dich im Bereich Mahnwesen aus und kannst Zahlungspläne verhandeln
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware, idealerweise DATEV
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich
- Du bist teamfähig und kommunikationsstark
- Deine zuverlässige und vertrauenswürdige Art zeichnet dich aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
