Was erwartet dich?
- Du Verantwortest komplexe Projekte und deren Abwicklung mit allen projektrelevanten Aufgaben
- Du betreibst Intensive Kontaktpflege, baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aus und Gewinnst neue Kunden
- Zusammen mit den internen Fachabteilung arbeitest du Briefing-Unterlagen konzeptionell aus
- Die Erarbeitung der Stand- und Messekonzeptionen sowie die Präsentation des Standentwurfs beim Kunden inkl. der nachfolgenden Verhandlungen
- Du Koordinierst den internen Projektdurchlauf und behältst dabei die terminlichen Aktivitäten im Blick
- Du begleitest den kompletten Projektdurchlaufs und bist die Schnittstellenfunktion zu allen involvierten Parteien: zum Kunden, zu internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern
- Du übergibst den fertigen Stand vor Ort an den Kunden
- Kfm. Nachbetrachtung des Projektes und Veranlassung der Abschlussrechnung sowie Überwachung des Zahlungseingangs

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium (z.B. Architekt oder B.A. Messe-, Kongress- und Eventmanagement, Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau)
- Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position (Messebau, Eventagentur, Messeveranstalter o.ä.)
- Gute betriebswirtschaftliche und technische Kenntnisse
- Begeisterungs- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit beim Kunden
- Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung dreidimensionaler Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Problemlösungsmanagement und Flexibilität
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Team- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Hohe Belastbarkeit (auch unter Termindruck)
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft, PKW-Führerschein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
