Kurz: Wir suchen dich für die Projektleitung in den VCDB-Fachteams Verkehrsplanung und Verkehrstechnik in Berlin.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest unsere Projekte für unsere Kund:innen und gestaltest unserer Projektlandschaft mit
- Du kümmerst dich um Verkehrsgutachten, Verkehrskonzeptionen sowie Machbarkeitsuntersuchungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen
- Du verantwortest Mobilitätskonzepte und Verkehrsentwicklungspläne sowie Verkehrstechnische Konzepte
- Du übernimmst die Fachplanungen, beispielsweise Radverkehrskonzepte oder ÖPNV-Angebotsplanungen
- Du erstellst Angeboten und leistest Akquisetätigkeiten und Networking
- Du erbringst themenübergreifendes Denken, aktive Gestaltung der Schnittstellen zu den VCDB-Fachteams Infrastrukturplanung und innovative Verkehrssysteme

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom) vorzugsweise in der Fachrichtung Verkehrsingenieurwesen, Verkehrswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung oder eine entsprechende Qualifikation aus dem bisherigen Berufsleben
- Du bringst ein hohes Interesse an Themen wie Mobilitätswende, stadtverträglicher Verkehr, integrierte Stadt- und Verkehrsplanung mit
- Du besitzt fundiertes Wissen zu einschlägigen Richtlinien und Regelwerken und bist sicher im Umgang mit Standardsoftware und mit fachspezifischer Software
- Du hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und Projektpartner:innen sowie Verständnis für die Vorteile der Teamarbeit mit den Kolleg:innen und deren Einbindung in die Projekte
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und hast Freude am Wirken im Home Office sowie bei und mit unseren Kund:innen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
