Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erarbeiten mit der Geschäftsleitung eine Strategie zur Unternehmenskommunikation mit dem Ziel der verbesserten Markenreichweite gegenüber Jobsuchenden, Mitarbeitenden, Kunden und Lieferanten
- Sie übernehmen die Planung und Koordination des Produktmarketings, in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Vertrieb, sowie externen Partnern zum Ziele der Lead Generierung
- Sie verstehen und bespielen die gesamte Klaviatur des Social Media und Printmedien-Marketing und überwachen fortlaufend die Effektivität der Maßnahmen und Kampagnen
- Sie leiten eigenständige Projekte und übernehmen das Veranstaltungsmanagement in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholder
- Sie bilden die Schnittstelle zu externen Marketing-Partnern und erweitern dieses Netzwerk fortlaufend

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen neben einem abgeschlossenen, einschlägigen Hochschulstudium oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung Erfahrungen aus den Bereichen Unternehmenskommunikation, BWL, Marketing und/oder Markenführung mit
- Sie verfügen sowohl über mindestens 3 Jahre Expertise in der strategischen Kommunikationsumsetzung, als auch in der konkreten Erstellung von Kommunikationskonzepten. Dazu gehören auch die Planung, Steuerung und Ausspielung von PR-Aktivitäten
- Sie bringen gute Kenntnisse über die Arbeit mit LinkedIn mit
- Sie sind interessiert an technischen Prozessen und hinterfragen Ihr Handeln aktiv, reflektieren dieses im Team und setzen sich gemeinsam zielorientiert für Lösungen und Prozessverbesserungen ein
- Sie haben Spaß daran, Ihr Wissen immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten, und können so immer wieder neue und kreative Ideen erarbeiten
- Sie verfügen über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C2 Niveau und Englisch auf C1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
