Was erwartet dich?
- Du managst und arbeitest aktiv an Content-Projekten inklusive Recruiting und Koordination von Freelancern, Bedarfssteuerung, Qualitätsmanagement und Weiterentwicklung
- Du lernst unsere SEO-Strategie kennen und stellst sicher, dass alle Maßnahmen in Deinen Projekten korrekt umgesetzt werden
- Du nutzt AI-Tools, beispielsweise zur Prozessoptimierung oder zur Erstellung von Content
- Du gestaltest die Prozesse für die Einhaltung und Optimierung unserer Qualitätsstandards
- Du setzt eigenständig KPIs auf und wertest diese aus, um Deine Projekte erfolgreich zu steuern. Aus Deinen Analysen leitest Du wichtige Learnings für Deinen und die anderen Redaktionsbereiche ab – so können wir voneinander lernen und uns ständig weiterentwickeln

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Dein Studium oder eine Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement sammeln können, bspw. durch ein Volontariat oder eine ähnliche Anstellung in einem anderen Unternehmen
- Du kannst Dich auch bei komplexen Aufgaben sehr gut selbst organisieren und verlierst nie den Überblick über Deine Aufgaben und Prioritäten
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für gut recherchierte, verständliche und fehlerfreie Texte und interessierst Dich für Verbraucherthemen
- SEO- und AI-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Du hast Interesse daran, Dich weiterzuentwickeln und unsere vielversprechenden Projekte voranzutreiben
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2 Niveau und bringst auch Englischkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
