Was erwartet dich?
- Du handelst als CEO des Projektes und repräsentierst das Unternehmen
- Du führst und managst das Projektteam fachlich
- Du managst Projektchancen und -risiken
- Du steuerst das Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement
- Du führst das Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsmanagement
- Du managst die Ressourcen durch Bedarfsermittlung, Anforderung und Integration
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Erreichen der Projektziele, einschließlich Projektergebnis, Termine und HSEQ
- Du wirkst an Vertriebs- und Marketingprozessen mit
- Du unterstützt bei Ausschreibungs- und Angebotstätigkeiten
- Du steuerst und überwachst die Projekt-IT-Infrastruktur
- Du bindest alle durch das Projekt betroffenen Stabstellen ein und triffst Entscheidungen unter Einbeziehung der verschiedenen Interessen
- Du berichtest intern und extern über das Projekt
- Du nimmst an allen projektbezogenen Entscheidungsprozessen innerhalb der Betriebsorganisation teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) im Anlagenbau für Projekte über 100 Millionen Euro
- Du konntest mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Verhandlungsführung komplexer rechtlicher und/oder finanzieller Sachverhalte sammeln
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Ingenieur- bzw. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens
- Deine anerkannte Projekt-Management-Zertifizierung (PMI, IPMA o.ä.) ist von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementtools (Mitkalkulation, Budgetplanung, Projektstatusbericht o.ä.)
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher
- Du besitzt hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, auch in komplexen Matrixorganisationen
- Du bist bereit zu Dienstreisen im In- und europäischen Ausland (ca. 25%)
- Du bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Pioniergeist mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
