Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie disponieren die Verkaufssortimente, führen Einkaufsbestellungen durch und steuern die Montageaufträge bei unserem Logistikdienstleister.
- Sie bearbeiten Kundenreklamationen und koordinieren diese mit den Herstellerfirmen. Ausserdem betreuen Sie unsere Kunden und unsere Vertriebsorganisation telefonisch und schriftlich.
- Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Reports und Statistiken mit und übernehmen vereinzelt die Versandabwicklung sowie die Mitwirkung in der Lagerorganisation und Verwaltung des Büromaterials.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und können erste Erfahrungen in dem oben aufgeführten Bereich aufweisen
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, zielorientiert und selbständig und haben einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wie Navision (MS Business Central) Software
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bringen Einsatzbereitschaft sowie den Wunsch mit, in einem dynamischen Team mitzuwirken
- Sie haben Spaß an Teamarbeit, eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen Sie aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
