Was erwartet dich?
- Du klärst den Reparaturablauf mit den Kund:innen ab, einschließlich Lieferadresse, Ansprechperson, Dokumentation und Abrechnung
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse, Durchführung und Dokumentation der Kundenreparaturen sowie für die Serviceabwicklung der externen Upgrades, unter Einhaltung der internen Arbeitsanweisungen
- Du kommunizierst mit den Kund:innen, z.B. bei Verschrottungsanfragen oder der Klärung von Spezialfällen, erkennst Probleme frühzeitig und leitest bzw. führst Qualitäts- und Prozessverbesserungen in Absprache mit der Projektleitung ein
- Du führst das Nachvergolden von verunreinigten Kontaktflächen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Elektroniker:in für Geräte und Systeme (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektronik, Löten und Mechanik sowie über Berufserfahrung in der Reparatur elektronischer Baugruppen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
