Senior Controller für Finanzbuchhaltung und Reporting (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse der betreuten Standorte durch, inklusive der Buchung der Abschlussbelege
- Du erstellst periodische Berichte zur Geschäftsentwicklung und MIS, vorwiegend mit Microsoft NAV und Microsoft Excel, und bereitest Auswertungen für externe Berichtsempfänger (z.B. Behörden, Versicherungen, Auskunfteien) aus Daten des Rechnungswesens vor
- Du bist bei kaufmännischen Fragen die Ansprechperson für ausgewählte, betreute Unternehmen und unterstützt uns bei der Weiterentwicklung der Kalkulations-, Reporting- und Planungssysteme
- Du begleitest, verwirklichst und prüfst die Plausibilität von physischen Inventuren, insbesondere bei Metall- und Kunststoffbeständen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit
- Du hast Erfahrungen in den Tätigkeiten für die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Du kannst periodische Berichte zur Geschäftsentwicklung und MIS erstellen und kennst dich dabei mit Microsoft NAV und Microsoft Excel aus
- Du bist sicher in der Arbeit mit Kalkulations-, Reporting- und Planungssystemen
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Auffassungsgabe und kannst dich flexibel auf unterschiedliche Aufgaben bzw. Situationen einstellen
- Du verfügst über ein gutes Zeitmanagement und kommunizierst klar, sachlich und gut mit den Fachbereichen
- Du hast idealerweise eine Affinität zur produzierenden Industrie, bringst Spaß an der Arbeit, Teamfähigkeit, Dienstleistungsbereitschaft mit und arbeitest selbstständig sowie strukturiert
- Du beherrschst sehr gutes Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift (B2-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
