Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist der Erstkontakt für IT-Kundenanfragen und Störungen und bearbeitest diese direkt
- Du nimmst Anfragen und Störungen auf, dokumentierst und qualifizierst sie im Ticketsystem und Assetmanagement (Matrix 42)
- Du verantwortest die Einrichtung, den Betrieb und die Verwaltung von IT-Systemen im Windows-Umfeld, inklusive Notebooks, Druckern, Netzwerken und Telefonen
- Du führst Wartungsarbeiten durch und stehst im Bereitschaftsdienst
- Du zeigst regelmäßige Reisebereitschaft zu unseren Niederlassungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in der Administration und dem Betrieb von Microsoft Windows Client und Server basierten Arbeitsumgebungen sowie Netzwerkinfrastrukturen mit
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in der Administration und dem Betrieb von virtuellen Systemen und im Bereich Routing und Switching
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Client Management-Systemen sammeln, hast kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung im IT-Kundensupport mit Ticketsystemen aus
- Du bist teamfähig, lernbereit und besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
