Was erwartet dich?
- Du handelst als CFO des Projektes
- Du entwickelst kommerzielle Konzepte in der Angebots- und Abwicklungsphase in enger Abstimmung mit den entsprechenden Stabsstellen, insbesondere mit Legal, Procurement und Finance
- Du aktualisierst, setzt um und pflegst den kommerziellen Ausführungsplan
- Du unterstützt beim Lessons Learned Prozess in Bezug auf Vertrag, Rentabilität und Liquidität
- Du definierst KPIs und stellst die Umsetzung, Überwachung und Einhaltung der kommerziellen Projektziele sicher
- Du managst und optimierst stetig das Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement
- Du stellst die fristgemäße Rechnungslegung und das Inkasso beim Kunden sicher
- Du sicherst ein kontinuierliches Chancen- und Risikomanagement
- Du führst Verhandlungen bei vertraglichen, terminlichen und leistungsbezogenen Abweichungen vom SOLL
- Du bindest Experten und zuständige Abteilungen bei kommerziellen und rechtlichen Fragen ein
- Du berichtest regelmäßig zum Projektstatus an die Geschäftsführung und informierst über die Margenentwicklung, Chancen-Risiko-Betrachtung, Liquiditätsentwicklung etc.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Commercial Project Manager (m/w/d) im Anlagenbau für Projekte über 100 Millionen Euro
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Verhandlungsführung komplexer rechtlicher und/oder finanzieller Sachverhalte
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder der Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Deine anerkannte Projekt-Management-Zertifizierung (PMI, IPMA o.ä.) ist von Vorteil
- Du bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit MS Office sowie Projektmanagementtools (Mitkalkulation, Budgetplanung, Projektstatusbericht o.ä.)
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher
- Du hast eine hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, auch in komplexen Matrixorganisationen
- Du bist bereit zu Dienstreisen im In- und europäischen Ausland (ca. 25%)
- Du bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Pioniergeist mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
