Werde Teil unseres multidisziplinären Teams als Produktentwickler, um gemeinsam hochwertige Ventil- und Aktuatorensysteme für die Automobil- und Nutzfahrzeugindustrie zu entwickeln und zu optimieren.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die Designauslegung unserer Produkte (pneumatische und hydraulische Ventile und Aktuatoren) inkl. Lastenheftauslegung, Zeichnungs- & Konzepterstellung inkl. Toleranzkonzepte verantwortlich, dabei wirst Du eng von einem interdisziplinären Team aus Prozessentwicklung, Qualitätsplanung, Versuch, Einkauf und Vertrieb unterstützt
- Du leitest die Design und Konzeptabstimmung mit dem internen Projekt- und Serienteam und unseren Kunden (Tier 1 und OEMs der Automobilindustrie)
- Du treibst die Entwicklung in Neuprojekten und laufender Serie voran und unterstützt die anderen Fachrichtungen bei technischen Änderungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Prototypenbau zusammen und legst auch mal selber Hand an, um die Konzepte zu realisieren
- Du, die Prozessentwicklung und der Versuch unterstützt euch gegenseitig bei der technischen Realisierung von anspruchsvollen Produkten und der Verbesserung von bestehenden Abläufen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Freude an eigenverantwortlicher und unkomplizierter Zusammenarbeit im Team, auch über deinen eigenen Bereich hinaus
- Du hast ein Interesse Profi im Bereich der Fluidtechnik zu werden bzw deine Kompetenz noch weiter auszubauen und dein Können für den gemeinsamen Erfolg beim Kunden einzusetzen
- Du bringst fachliche Kompetenz im Maschinenbau z.B. durch ein entsprechendes Studium und Berufserfahrung im Automotive, Sondermaschinen- oder Anlagenbau o.ä. mit
- Grundkenntnisse in Produktionstechniken wie Spritzguss und Zerspanung sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
