IT-Sicherheitsbeauftragter (m/w/d)
Die zentrale Einrichtung S(kim) bündelt die Aufgaben einer Hochschulbibliothek, eines Medien-/Rechenzentrums und eines Lehr-/Lernzentrums der Technischen Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe. In einem innovativen IT-Umfeld im S(kim) bist Du Mitglied eines im Aufbau befindlichen Teams für IT-Sicherheit. Das Hauptaufgabenfeld befindet sich im Bereich der operativen IT-Security. Du koordinierst und setzt konkrete Maßnahmen im Security Bereich um, und arbeitest eng mit den Teams für die Bereiche Netzwerk, Infrastruktur und Applikationen im S(kim) der TH OWL zusammen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Umsetzung operativer Maßnahmen für BSI-Grundschutz mit den Service-Verantwortlichen
- Verantwortung für operatives Incidentmanagement bei Sicherheitsvorfällen
- Unterstützung bei Detektion und Reaktion auf Sicherheitsvorfälle mit externen Dienstleistern
- Koordination von Schwachstellenscans, Penetration Tests, Red-Teams und SOC-Funktionen externer Dienstleister
- Mitarbeit und Koordination beim Aufbau eines IT-Notfallmanagements nach BSI 200-4
- Etablierung von Backup- und Wiederherstellungstests sowie Koordination forensischer Untersuchungen und Beweissicherung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-/Verwaltungs-)Informatik, Naturwissenschaft oder Fachinformatiker-Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse in Informationssicherheit und BSI-Methodik/Framework
- Idealerweise Schulungen/Zertifizierungen in IT-Sicherheit
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb komplexer vernetzter IT-Dienste
- Kenntnisse im Incident- und Risikomanagement sowie Projektmanagement
- Teamfähig, kommunikativ, zuverlässig, serviceorientiert, eigenverantwortlich und initiativ mit lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise und starkem Nutzerfokus

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
