Konstrukteur für Spritzgusswerkzeuge (m/w/d)
Wir produzieren Mikrospritzgussteile und gehen dabei ständig bis an den Rand des technisch Machbaren
Was sind die Aufgaben?
- Entwicklung von komplexen Werkzeugkonzepten unter Berücksichtigung fertigungstechnischer, kostenspezifischer und terminlicher Anforderungen
- Konstruktion von Spritzgusswerkzeugen, Vorrichtungen und Betriebsmitteln
- Ausarbeitung von Werkzeugkorrekturen und Werkzeugänderungen
Ableitung von 2D-Zeichnungen und Erstellung der Fertigungsdokumente - Unterstützung und technische Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
- Erstellung von Machbarkeitsanalysen und FMEA´s
- Durchführung von Füllsimulationen (Mold-Flow-Autodesk)
- Anfertigung von Stücklisten und Dokumentationen sowie Stammdatenpflege
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
- Messebesuche

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Feinwerktechnik oder Maschinenbau
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Spritzgusswerkzeugen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kunststofftechnik (Spritzgießen, Werkzeugtechnik, Materialkenntnisse)
- Sicherer Umgang mit „Creo Parametric 8 / 10“
- Hohe Organisations-, Methoden- und Sozialkompetenz
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
