Planungsingenieur für Fernwärmenetze (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst Fernwärmeleitungen nach HOAI LP 1-9
- Du verteilst Aufgaben auf die Mitarbeitenden
- Du führst Rohrstatikberechnungen mit Rohr2 und Hydraulikberechnungen mit Stanet durch
- Du führst Vororttermine und Angebotstermine durch
- Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse, bereitest Materiallisten und Bauablaufpläne auf und erstellst Kostenschätzungen
- Du übernimmst Projektmanagement und erstellst Planungsberichte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Bachelor oder höherwertigen Abschluss in Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder Versorgungstechnik
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2-jährige Berufserfahrung bei einem Versorger oder Bauunternehmen
- Du kennst das AGFW-Regelwerk sowie die relevanten DIN-Normen
- Du denkst in kosteneffizienten Lösungen und hast ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich, kommunizierst klar und direkt
- Du bringst Reisebereitschaft mit und hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
