Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst Privatpersonen und Unternehmer:innen umfassend in steuerlichen Angelegenheiten, insbesondere bietest Du laufende Full-Service-Beratung und projektbezogene Unterstützung in den Bereichen Nachfolge und Vermögen an
- Du begleitest Unternehmen mit nationalem und teilweise internationalem Bezug steuerlich, insbesondere durch die Erstellung / Review von betrieblichen Steuererklärungen und Jahresabschlüssen (Handelsbilanz, Steuerbilanz)
- Du kommunizierst eigenverantwortlich mit Deinen Mandant:innen
- Du berätst bei steuerinduzierten Strukturierungen und begleitest steuerliche Außenprüfungen sowie Rechtsbehelfsverfahren
- Du führst Mitarbeitende

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse und erfolgreiche Praxisumsetzung im Handels- und Steuerrecht sowie über sehr gute betriebswirtschaftliche Fachkenntnisse
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV-Programmen und arbeitest selbstständig sowie mandantenorientiert
- Du hast Spaß am Steuerrecht und zeichnest Dich durch unternehmerisches Denken, Akquisitionsvermögen und eine Führungspersönlichkeit aus
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der gestaltenden und deklaratorischen Steuerberatung von Unternehmen aller Rechtsformen, bei der Betreuung von Betriebsprüfungen und Nachfolgeregelungen
- Dein persönliches Profil zeichnet sich durch hohes Engagement, Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfreude und Eigeninitiative aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
