Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Administration, Implementierung und Wartung von Cloud Applikationen
- Du richtest und pflegst die Entwicklungs- und Testumgebungen von Cloud Applikationen ein
- Du analysierst Soft- und Hardwarefehler und behebst Konfigurationsfehler
- Du führst Supportaufgaben im 1st und 2nd Level durch die Betreuung eines Ticketsystems aus
- Du baust eine bestehende Wissensdatenbank und Dokumentation durch die Erarbeitung von Lösungsszenarien aus
- Du konzipierst und realisierst Verbesserungen im Bereich Software, Security und Hardware und arbeitest eng mit den internen Fachbereichen zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informationstechnologie
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft-Serverlösungen und -technologien wie z.B. Active Directory, Hyper-V, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, PowerShell und Remotedesktopdiensten (RDP)
- Du hast Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Linux-Betriebssysteme sowie Monitoring-Lösungen wie z.B. PTRG, Zabbix oder Checkmk
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft Azure sowie Microsoft/Office 365 und Grundkenntnisse von Webseitenprogrammierung mit PHP/ .Net
- Du arbeitest selbständig und eigenverantwortlich, besitzt eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist bereit zu vereinzelten Dienstreisen zum Rechenzentrum in Sachsen, teamfähig, ständig lernbereit und hast den Wunsch zur Weiterbildung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
