Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Ansprechperson für alle SEO-Themen und berichtest direkt an den Head of Product
- Du bist verantwortlich für die (Weiter-)Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer SEO-Strategie sowie für die nachhaltige Verbesserung der organischen Sichtbarkeit unserer Websites
- Du arbeitest eng mit fast allen unserer Teams zusammen, z. B. mit dem Content-Team, dem Product/Dev-Team und dem Management, und steuerst neben Deinen Projekt-Teams und Deinem eigenen Team auch Agenturen und Freelancer
- Du verantwortest das Qualitätsmanagement unserer Produkte aus SEO-Perspektive, erstellst SEO-Analysen und Reports und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du bringst Deine eigenen Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge mit ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Dein Studium in BWL, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder hast eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und mindestens 5 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeld gesammelt, idealerweise auch als Teamlead
- Du hast hervorragende redaktionelle und technische SEO Skills und arbeitest sicher mit gängigen SEO Tools wie z. B. SISTRIX
- Du bist erfahren im agilen Projektmanagement (Scrum oder Kanban) und bringst erste Kenntnisse in JIRA, PHP, Javascript, HTML und/oder in einem CMS wie z. B. Wordpress mit
- Du bist sehr empathisch, pragmatisch, durchsetzungsstark und ein wirklicher Teamplayer:in
- Du hinterfragst Anforderungen kritisch, um so das bestmögliche Ergebnis zu gewährleisten, stellst den User in den Mittelpunkt und brennst für B2C-Produkte
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau
- Du hast hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich E-Commerce oder mit Redaktionssystemen gesammelt

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
