In deiner Rolle als Projektmanager bist du ein unverzichtbares Bindeglied zwischen unseren engagierten Teams, den Kunden und Lieferanten der Lebensmittelbranche. Deine Arbeit trägt maßgeblich dazu bei, dass Produkte und Marken für Verbraucher kreativ und wirkungsvoll in Szene gesetzt werden. Mit deiner Leidenschaft und deinem Organisationstalent stellst du die reibungslose Umsetzung von Packaging Design Rollouts sicher und förderst so die Entwicklung langanhaltender Kundenbeziehungen und Folgeprojekte.
Mit diesen Aufgaben kannst Du Dich identifizieren
- Du managst und steuerst operative Projekte und sorgst für eine Umsetzung von Packaging Design Rollouts
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten der Lebensmittelbranche und unserer Agentur
- Du gibst Kundenwünsche bezüglich Kreation, Grafik, Fotografie intern weiter und stimmst Layouts und Reinzeichnungen ab
- Du beschäftigst dich täglich mit Kundentelefonaten, Projektlisten, Zeitmanagement, Zahlen, Abrechnung und Problemlösung
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von operativen Reportings und Forecasts
- Du entwickelst Kundenbeziehungen weiter und generierst Folgeprojekte

Hier erkennst Du Dich wieder?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Marketingkommunikation oder Ähnliches
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Marketingmanager (m/w/d) einer Kommunikationsagentur mit
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Verpackungsdesign und bist auch noch ein absolutes Organisationstalent
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine Kommunikationsstärke aus und bist zuverlässig
- Du besitzt auch noch Teamgeist, Humor und Du begeisterst Dich für Kuchen und Frühstück

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
