Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst als Umweltmanager (m/w/d) ein Umweltmanagementsystem nach ISO 14001 und ISO 50001
- Du erarbeitest eigenständig das notwendige System und die dazugehörigen Prozesse, um ein sicheres, nachhaltiges und umweltgerechtes Arbeiten zu gewährleisten
- Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische Beratung und Unterstützung rund um die Themen Umweltmanagement, Genehmigungsverfahren, Arbeitssicherheitsmanagement und Energiemanagement
- Du leitest durch interne Betriebsbegehungen übergeordnete Maßnahmen und Verbesserungspotentiale ab, um die Themen Umweltmanagement, Arbeitssicherheit und Ressourcenschonung kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Du kannst deine Tätigkeit um das Fachgebiet Brandschutz und Arbeitssicherheit erweitern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes ingenieurtechnisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium
- Du verfügst über anwendungsorientierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen und Standards des Umweltschutzes (ISO 14001, ggf. ISO 50001)
- Du hast anwendungsorientierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit
- Du zeichnest dich durch lösungsorientierte und analytische Denkweisen aus und besitzt ein hohes Maß an Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du bist eine Persönlichkeit mit guter Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative, lösungsorientiertem Denken und starker Teamorientierung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
