Als Senior Softwareentwickler (m/w/d) spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer modernen SaaS-Anwendung. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Produktbesitzer, Designern und anderen Entwicklern zusammen, um komplexe technische Entscheidungen zu treffen und Lösungen zu entwickeln, die den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden gerecht werden. Deine Arbeit trägt direkt zur Mission unseres Unternehmens bei, das Management der externen Belegschaft zu optimieren und Unternehmen dabei zu unterstützen, ihren Personalbedarf effizienter zu decken.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du triffst zusammen mit dem Product Owner, Designer und den anderen Entwicklern in einer Startup-Umgebung komplexe technische Entscheidungen
- Du erhältst eine professionelle Einarbeitung und übernimmst schnell auch Eigenverantwortung
- Du entwickelst den Code einer modernen, schnell wachsenden B2B SaaS Applikation weiter (Angular 17, Java, SpringBoot, AWS)
- Du berätst Kunden unserer Software in technischen Fragestellungen wie RESTful-APIs oder neue Produkt-Features
- Du führst Unit- und Performance-Tests durch

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast Spass daran, proaktiv mitzudenken und einen 360-Grad Blick auf komplexe Fragestellungen
- Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten hast du z.B. durch ein gut abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium bewiesen
- Du hast über 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung gesammelt - idealerweise bei renommierten Start-ups oder bekannten Unternehmen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Java, Spring Boot - idealerweise gepaart mit Angular 15+
- Von Vorteil sind außerdem Kenntnisse über RESTful-APIs, Postgres, Elasticsearch, AWS und Testautomatisierung (Selenium/Cypress/jUnit)
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in und kannst Dich gut selbst organisieren
- Du beherrschst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
