Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Reparatur von Druckluftaufbereitungssystemen, der Kondensat-Aufbereitung und/oder entsprechender Messgeräte bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort im Raum Bayern
- Du übernimmst mit Unterstützung der Kolleg:innen aus dem Außen- und Innendienst die Betreuung unserer Kund:innen, vorwiegend aus den Branchen Lebensmittelindustrie, Pharmaindustrie sowie Automobil- bzw. Automobilzulieferindustrie
- Du agierst als unser:e Detektiv:in zur Identifikation von Fehlern in unseren komplexen Anlagen und bist die Ansprechperson bei den Kund:innen vor Ort
- Du führst Druckluftqualitäts-Audits durch und dokumentierst diese, zudem gehört die Stationsdatenpflege zu Deinen Aufgaben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im Kunden- bzw. Service-Außendienst, idealerweise in der Instandhaltung im Bereich von Druckluftsystemen, Pneumatik, Elektronik und Kältetechnik. Fehlende Kenntnisse werden durch umfängliche Einarbeitung und detaillierte Produktschulungen vermittelt
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung, z.B. als Mechatroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, die Dich für die spannenden Aufgaben qualifiziert
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Selbstorganisation aus
- Du bist deutschlandweit reisebereit und bereit zu gelegentlichen Hotelübernachtungen
- Du bringst eine sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch mit
- Du verfügst über Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (vor allem Excel) und SAP R/3

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
