Vertriebsmitarbeiter für Kundenberatung und Akquise (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Kundenkontakt per E-Mail, Telefon oder Videocall
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen hinsichtlich ihrer Ziele und unterstützt die Kolleg:innen in der Neukundenakquise
- Du nimmst telefonisch Kontakt zu unseren Kund:innen auf, weckst in ihnen das Interesse für einen Beratungstermin und pflegst unsere Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System
- Du berätst zu unserem Produktportfolio

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium absolviert und idealerweise schon Vertriebserfahrung gesammelt
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für die Wünsche unserer Kund:innen, bist vertriebsorientiert und engagiert
- Du gehst sicher mit einem CRM-System um und hast gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Anwendungen
- Du bist offen, freundlich und besitzt einen kommunikativen Charakter; auch in stressigen Situationen bleibst du leistungsbereit, arbeitest strukturiert, gewissenhaft und selbstständig
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch verhandlungssicher

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
