Wir sind die improve it - aktuell noch ein kleines Unternehmen mit 3 Mitarbeitenden, aber auf Wachstumskurs und suchen an dieser Stelle eine Kollegin oder einen Kollegen, der/die unser Portfolio im Bereich des Projektmanagements sinnvoll ergänzt. Als Prozesshaus für Qualitätsmanagement (ISO 9001) und Informationssicherheit (ISO 27001) finden sich unsere Kunden primär in den Sektoren Energie, Banken, Öffentlicher Dienst und Industrie. Dabei kommunizieren wir auf C-Level oder direkt darunter mit ihren Stabsstellen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen Projektpläne nach gängigen Standards
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Ressourcen- und Teamplanung in Abstimmung mit anderen Projekten und führen offene Punkte Listen sowie die Beseitigung von Hindernissen durch
- Sie übernehmen das Risikomanagement und leiten diverse Projektmeetings
- Sie erstellen regelmäßige Statusreports und überwachen die Projekt-KPIs: Zeit, Qualität, Budget und Umfang
- Sie tragen die Projektbudgetverantwortung und bewerten die Teamleistung für Zielgespräche

- Sie setzen das Anforderungsmanagement um, indem Sie die Kundenansprüche und -wünsche realisieren
- Sie beeinflussen und steuern den kulturellen Wandel aktiv durch Change Management
- Sie stellen hohe Qualitätsstandards sicher und führen konkrete Tests im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagements durch
- Sie haben Vertriebsgeschick, identifizieren und bahnen Folge- oder Nebenprojekte an
- Sie haben eine Zertifizierung für Projektmanagement (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
